  • $70 Cleaning Fee Added to Rentals of 3 Nights or Less

  • 10.675% Lodging Sales Tax added to all rentals.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit of the rental amount is required on all reservations at time of booking via check or credit card.  The full rental amount (including 10.675% sales tax) is due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days on Peak Ski and Holiday Ski season rentals).

After your full payment has been received and our Rental Agreement completed, we will send out a Welcome Package with full instructions, driving directions, and other useful information to enjoy your condo.

31 Days or More Before Arrival (61 days for Peak Ski and Holiday Ski):
If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days from your arrival date, we will refund any monies paid via check or credit card minus a $75 cancellation fee.

Less than 30 Days Before Arrival (60 days for Peak Ski and Holiday Ski):  All reservations are considered final 30 days prior to arrival (60 days prior on Holiday and Peak Ski).  Since we are a small business, any reservations prevent others from booking our condos.   Any date changes or cancellations during this period are non-refundable.   That said, we will attempt to rebook your reservation with another guest -- and if we are successful, you will receive any monies we collect on the new rental minus a $75 rebooking fee.  Otherwise, we will not be able to offer any refunds.

A reduction in the number of nights is also subject to the above cancellation policies.  Please make any necessary changes 31 or more days before arrival (61 or more days for Peak and Holiday periods).
